Main features:
1) The host is driven directly by an imported maintenance free motor and reducer, which can effectively prevent defects such as low efficiency, large transmission errors, and powder pollution caused by friction between belts and pulleys in conventional belt drives, ensuring no dust, oil stains, or noise during the production process;
2) All stainless steel shaping sinks are made of imported stainless steel bent into shape, with a fully glass covered closed structure and a medical grade deionized water dedicated stainless steel centrifugal pump. The water ring low vacuum forming method ensures the roundness and accuracy of the pipes; Combined with a wind ring drying device, the cooling water generated during the production process can be recycled without splashing onto the ground;
3) The dual axis caliper adopts high-speed laser light source, high-precision computer digital image processing technology, and can achieve non-contact measurement of online products, real-time digital display, and measurement accuracy of ± 0.003MM;
4) The traction belt adopts imported multi wedge belt, Mitsubishi servo motor, and high-precision worm gear reducer for transmission, ensuring long-term operation with high precision and stability of the traction line speed, and the belt does not slip or make noise during the traction process;
5) The cutting machine adopts a low inertia aluminum alloy rotating blade arm and a special cutting blade sleeve to make the incision flat and free of flying wires. It is driven by Mitsubishi servo motor, programmed and controlled by Mitsubishi PLC, and operated by Hitec human-machine interface to ensure the accuracy of cutting length. The cutting length can be set arbitrarily, and the number of cutting times can be automatically counted;
6) The extrusion host and traction machine adopt a fully closed-loop AC servo control system, which enables the traction speed to constantly follow the changes in the host speed, ensuring that the entire production line is in a high-precision and high-frequency response speed synchronization state; It can effectively avoid fluctuations in pipe diameter caused by changes in host speed due to external environmental factors, thereby ensuring that the accuracy of the product meets the ultra-high standard of ± 0.03;
